send your online message you can
expect an automated confirmation e-mail right away. This shows that your
message has been successfully received and has been passed for processing. |

Within a few days you will receive by post our ticket offer containing
your official ticket certificate showing the ticket numbers which have
been reserved for you, along with an invoice and lottery information pack.
You can then decide if you want to accept our offer by simply paying the
ticket stake with your preferred payment method.

If for any reason you do not wish to receive your ticket certificates and invoices etc. by post, this is no problem.
Just let us know and we will be happy to keep your
documents safe for you in a depot.
If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card we will
charge your card in good time (2 – 3 weeks) before the
start of the 1st Class (or immediately if
you have placed your order close to or after the
draws
begin). This means that if you have placed your order
well in advance, we will send you your lottery documents
right away but will wait until nearer the start of the draws
before charging your card. Thereafter, for the duration of your play we charge your card around the 20th of each month for the following month's class. You may cancel your credit
card at any time.
If sending payments to us by post, please ensure that they reach us by no later than the last working day of the month. Please remember that only paid tickets can win prizes. If payment reaches us after the start of the draws (draws commence on the 1st of each month), you will rejoin the game in the next Main Draw on the following Friday.
